run a formula after pasting as values

I've created this formula below by concatenating it together from other cells. But how can I quickly run the formula (maybe with a keyboard shortcut?). It will not automatically run even when automatically formula calculation is selected in excel options. The only way to get it to run is to double-click inside the cell, then hit enter. But I'd like to do this for a large range.

Maybe a keyboard shortcut that runs the checkmark next to the FX button?

=VLOOKUP(Z2,S27:U27,3,FALSE)

Please show us a sample of your worksheet, and tell us which column your formula is in, and which column you need to double-click inside of.

MrExcel has a tool called “XL2BB” that lets you post samples of your data that will allow us to copy/paste it to our Excel spreadsheets, so we can work with the same copy of data that you are. Instructions on using this tool can be found here: XL2BB Add-in
