SAVING CELL VALUES AS DIFFERENT FILES WITH CELL VALUE ASNAME

Hi board

I would like to save a data as different txt files with each file having its neighbouring value as file name eg

a b
1 2
5 9
6 20

the three lines should be saved as three different files with 1,5 & 6 as filenames and 2,9 and 20 as file contents respectivly
