Saving personal.xls as personal.xlsx

How can I save the personal.xls file as a personal.xlsx file
I've tried opening the personal.xls up and saving as Personal.xlsx, but Excel will not allow it.

Are you wanting to save it because you have macros stored in it?

If that is the case you could copy your macros from your Personal.xls file and past them into a module or modules in your Personal.xlsx workbook.

Is there an easier way to do beside copying or exporting each individual module one at time?
