Scientific notation format

Hello, is there a default setting I can permanently change to remove displaying a long number as scientific notation and simply always display the long number when opening excel? For example, I routinely download data from SAP to excel and many numbers are 12 digits or longer. I know I can format the data once opened in excel to display the long number, but that is not productive as I need to format each time I open excel.

For example: when opening excel, the numbers look like this:
2E+11
2E+11
2E+11
2E+11

When re-formatting, these are the numbers. I'd like for it to display in this format by default without the need to format.
200000004801
200000004802
200000004803
200000004804

Any assistance would be appreciated.
