Is there a way to get the ( MAX ) scrolling to look at a cell? or do you have to manually set it?

Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
Sorry I don't quite understand the question.:)

Do you mean you want to set the Max property for a scroll bar using a value from a cell?

If so then this is possible via code.

What that code is depends on what type of scroll bar you are using.
