I have an Excel sheet which at first glance looks like just a normal worksheet, but just below row 20 there is a slightly dark line. When I put my mouse cursor anywhere on the worksheet and roll the wheel in the center of the mouse, everything below row 20 moves up and down, "disappearing" under row 20, and everything above row 20 stays fixed in place. How do you do that?

How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
Hi there

It sounds like Freeze Panes (available from Window menu). You can "freeze" rows, columns or both by selecting the relevant range and choosing that menu command.

Go to the view menu and turn off Split or check to make sure Freeze Row is not on i.e Unfreeze panes.
