search and replace

Hi
I would like to search entire column a with a specific word ie "strategy" and replace with success.
example there are many numbers of column and wants to search word "strategy" and replace with success in column b. please help

strategy	replace here with success
IT strategy	replace here with success
MS strategy and IT strategy	replace here with success
