Secondary axis for a single stacked bar

I am totally stuck. I have 5 areas I am reporting a marketing loss a marketing loss on with three types of losses for each area hence the stacked bar. However one of my marketing areas is VERY large compared to the others so I would like to put that bar on a seperate axis.
I have the 5 areas horizontally
three types of losses vertically underneath their respective areas
