 How do I create a list for my form where I can go to a cell and click a down arrow to see the contents of the list then select a item on the list to be displayed in that cell?

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
Select the cell (where your dropdown will be) and go to data --> validation, choose to allow list where the source is the range of input values, and click OK.

Yes, but you have to assign it a name first.

To create a named range, just select your list and type a name for it in the name box (or, go to insert --> name --> define).

Then, use =my_list (or whatever your list's name is) as the source of your list in data --> validation.
