Select random names

I have two columns, I would like to pick up three names from every column randomly if possible every Thursday or any other way to achieve that .

In first column there are 38 persons, 2nd column 14 persons, its ok to repeat names only after that all are chosen once and not some are chosen more than others.

Very easy to make completely random but adding specifications much harder.

what will the formula be if i just want it to choose 3 names from each column ( A & B ) , name range in column A is A2-A39, column B B2-B15, i checked the webiste above, but since i am not the good in Excel, i didn't understand how to fix it.
