Dear fellows, because I can not use VBA or other third-party apps for Excel, I am having issues with the following.
I have 5 values, from which whatever I can check in those checkboxes, I need to have a text value within 5 rows, to show values dependent of selection. I am using Spreadscheet Converter for the checkboxes.

So, i need that if I check 1, or 4 or 5th , but I can also check 3 of them or 4 of them , or all of them, I need to keep my order as shown in the first table of rows.

I hope you understand my logic...

How can I do that via formulas ?

Excel Facts

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
@suciulaurentiu I am not clear on your logic.
First assumption would be that you wish to list items that are TRUE ?
However, While Table 3 displays both items that are true, Tables 1, 2, 3 display not just the single true item but all items to its right.
It would help us to help you if you can clarify.
Also, version of Excel are you using?

Hi,
Thanks for the reply , I use SPC v10, Excel office365. I would like that no matter what I check from those all checkboxes, it can be either one or all or some of them, to show the text in relation to what I check. So I want to keep the numerotation as in list nr.1 . The checkboxes allows me to show or not the rown. IF the row is not shown, then the information will go up a row.

Then maybe like...
Book2
ABCDEF
2FALSETRUEFALSETRUEFALSE
3ARESAREIAREGARECAREO
4
51AREI
62AREC
73
84
95
10
Sheet1
Cell Formulas
RangeFormula
B5:B6B5=IFERROR(TRANSPOSE(FILTER(B3:F3,B2:F2)),"")
Dynamic array formulas.

THe logic I see is that if any one cell is TRUE, it and all that follow are returned.
If more than one cell is TRUE, only the TRUE values are returned.

Hi,
Coming back to this solution, is there anyway to make it work in XslFast ? Or a Java script formula ?

Kind regards,
