SEP Date Control

Can anyone walk me through the basics of setting up a SEP Date Control. I don't want to use the popup calendar and would rather use this new function but I cant find any information on how to get it set up. I basically want to be able to click a cell and have it open a calendar select a date and then that date to populate back in the cell.

Excel Facts
