Hi,

I’m hoping someone will be able to help me with a query!

I have been asked to pull some data together with regard to interviews that have taken place on different dates and times over the last 3 months.

I’ve extracted the data and separated it into days using a VBA code but I’m wondering if there is a way to separate the days by department, time slot etc.

I tried a pivot table which showed the departments but the times only showed as hours and I need to it show 9:30, 12:15 etc.

Any help would be gratefully received!

Thanks

Cat

If you are using a Pivot table can you add a formula to the original data to assign a time slot and then create the pivot and flter using the time slot?

Disable automatic grouping Date/Time in Excel Options then re-create Pivot Table

I had assumed time was time attended but if you already have time slots Sandy666 is correct
