Seperate names from Surname

Good day

Please asssit with the below
I have in Column A from A3 a list of names the are as per the below examples
Name
MNR GERT JOHANNES BOTHA VISAGIE
MR AARON MFANA MOKWENA
MR ADELAIDE NAKIE APHANE
MR ADOLF MNDLOVU
MR ALBERTO CONCALVES TSUCANA
MR ALCIDIO FRANSCISCO ZUNGUZE
MR ALEX OUPA SHIVURI
MR ALFIADO RAFAEL HETSENA VELANCULO
MR AMOS BOY CHAUKE
MR AMOS MAKHUBELA
MR ANDILE JIMMY MADLIWA
MR ANDRE CORNELIUS VORSTER

I need to see only the names in Column B, e.g.
Gert Johannes Botha
Aaron Mafana, etc

Please assist with a formula
I tried Left and Len but cant seem to get the answer

Excel Facts

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
As the names have different lengths, I'd suggest using text to columns to seperate them
