Seperating data

We have a row of data (A-T) E.g

Row A B C D E F G H I J.....

Name1 Age1 Height1 Weight1 Name2 Age2 Height2 Weight2...................(repeating)


I am trying to split this so that it reads as follows


Name1 Age1 Heigh1t Weight1
Name2 Age2 Height2 Weight2

(REpeating) for all.


Is there are quicker way to do this rather then copy and pasting as we have several 100 records
