Sequence Build

I am looking for a way how to build a sequence on the excel
Below is an example but here are few words about it:
Lets say I am trying to build dates when groups will stay in hotels but they different length of stays. Is there a way I can get "DAYS" section to calculate automatically based on input in "STAYS" section?

Is there a formula to build this:

I want to create a flow of hotels as above. Repeat Hotel "A" the number of times it has nights, do the same with B, C..
