Quick question-

If you set screenupdating to false for speed

...does that mean you cant use functions that process based upon what is visible?

...does excel keeps track of what would be visible and process off of that such that it doesnt matter what you really do see?

thanks in advance!

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
As far as I know turning off screen updating only affects the display. Excel keeps track of what is hidden and what is not.
