Set Vertical Scroll to Cells with value

Hi guys,

I have a sheet formatted to 6000 rows, although I want to set the vertical scroll to automatically adjust to the number of rows containing cell value only.

Is this possible?

Please help?

Excel Facts

Ambidextrous Undo
Undo last command with Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace. If you use the Undo icon in the QAT, open the drop-down arrow to undo up to 100 steps.
