How can I do this?

rg = Left(a1, 6)
If rg = "OR0020" Then GoTo OR0020
If rg = "OR0025" Then GoTo OR0025

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
I am not a big fan of using GoTo statements in VBA code, but that only problem I can see with your code is if you are trying to pull from cell A1, it should be:
Code:
    rg = Left(Range("A1"), 6)
If "a1" is actually a variable name, then your original code is fine.
