Shading entire rows based on a condition

I know how to make a cell change color based on the choice you make in the drop down box...but how do I get the entire row that cell is on to switch to that color when the choice is made?

(ex. When you choose "Yes" the box turns green. I want the entire row to turn the same color simultaneously)
 
I had my row numbers mixed up. With the header at the top of the sheet...I had renumbered the rows for the files listed on there. Instead of using the numbers of the actual Excel sheet...I was inputting the numbers into the formula that I had created. Once I realized the mistake it was no problem.
