I've got a macro that places shapes at a specific location on a worksheet using the top and left properties. I've noticed on a couple of computers when the macro is run, the shapes are shifted slightly from where they should be. However, if I select the shape and message box its left and top property it shows the correct numbers. It's just not in the correct location. It's as if the coordinate grid is slightly different between the two computers. Both computers are running Excel 2013 on Windows 7. Most of the computers in our Office don't have this problem. I've narrowed it down to 2 specific laptops that have the issue. What's weird is that we have other laptops in the office of the same make and model where the macro works correctly.

Why can't spreadsheets drive cars? They crash too often!
screen resolution and dimensions are most likely, user defaults for dpi also may be a culprit
