I have three people using a spreadsheet as a method to reconcile reciept of packages, each package with a unique 8 digit identifier. As a package is reviewed, the spreadsheet is searched for the corresponding identifier and an X placed in a "received" column.

Question
Is there anyway to share the original spreadsheet so they can all be working in the same spreadsheet (placing x's in received column). If not, any slick way to pull in the work from the copies of the original spreadsheets back into the original without overwriting the work already done within the original?

Identifier column B
Received column E

Thanks
