I have an Excel file with a macro that I want to share with an associate of mine who has very minimal knowledge of how to use Excel. Just getting them to setup their developer tab will be a great challenge, much less explaining how to set their macro settings.

Might someone have a fairly simple set of instructions on how I can enable this person to be able to use my .xlsm file please?

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
I think you do not need to enable Developer tab to run macro. You can create short to run macro like Ctrl+M whatever. You can also create button on your sheet and click it to run.

If you want to enable the tab and run macro from Editor then
