I have an excel sheet I am sharing with certain people within our organization via our OneDrive.
Can I have the sheet in "share mode" so as multiple people can have it open and edit at the same time?

Save Often
If you start asking yourself if now is a good time to save your Excel workbook, the answer is Yes
This might work:

Go to the Review tab > Share Workbook (Legacy) > Check "allow changes by more than one user at one time..." > click Okay

I tried that and it did not work. Actually it messed things up so I took them out of share mode. it almost seemed like a double negative of sorts.
I don't think this can be done! oh well we will have to be diligent in ensuring we save and close each time we make changes.
thanks for the reply.
