Hi,
First of all let me explain the setup
-There are 3 files on my network with data on them, i have setup name ranges (name manager)
-There is 1 file making plots of the data from the 3 files on the network calling the named ranges.

-whenver i try to share the file, ihave disabled updating for those outside of my network but when they get the file the plots are empty.

so my question is, is there a way to share this plots file with people outside my network with just the last data that the plots displayed? i dont care if they cant access the data files themselves or modify the sheet.

thanks,
daniel

Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
