Sharing Data Moel Between workbooks

Hi, How do I go about sharing the data model from a central workbook into other workbooks.

I want to be able to create pivot tables based on the data in a central pivot model.

Is the data automatically refreshed the secondary workbook or do you need to refresh both?

Thanks Matt, it is something we are looking into, but having to check licensing issues for sql transactions
