short cut key for advanced editing option

Hi - I want to change where where the selection goes after I hit enter. It goes to the cell to the right and I want it to go down. What's the short cut key to get to the Advanced Editing Option?

I don't want to use the pull down windows menu and then select Excel Options. I forgot the shortcut key. It's not control + 1
