Hi,

for example, I have a table of data

Column acolumn b
Yellowpink
Blueyellow
Greenpurple
Whitegreen

I want to see all the rows that contain yellow for example. But if I filter by column a, it won’t show the yellow in column b, and vice versa. Is there any way I can do this??

so it’ll end up looking like this:

column acolumn b
Yellowpink
Blueyellow

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
Make helper column in column C, then filter column C with criteria not equal 0
