show range based on a list of values in a column

I have a range where I would like to show values related to values in a column on a separate sheet to limit users seeing other entries.

Further more, if another cell is populated with ALL, I would like to show all rows (This is the main user of the file.

Welcome to the Forum, Lancelots. Please note that your question is super vague and is almost impossible to answer with the information you have provided. Are you able to provide some data that shows what the information looks like, as well as what you expect the outcome to be, either as screen shots or ideally by loading the information into a XL2BB file.
