Hello,

I have a small problem that I need to get fixed. I am working on a mailing list and the name field is all in one cell. The names range from "John M. Smith" to "Cheryl Johnson" to "M/M Bob Herman". The question that I am asking is there a way to show everything in the cell EXCEPT the last word in that cell, like "John M." and "Cheryl" and "M/M Bob".

Thanks for all that help.
