Morning all,

Struggling today. Have list of data and I want to look up a product type and then count how many of them have been delivered and how many remain so I end up with a result that tells me that the product has say two items left to be delivered out of say four in total. There will be multiple products in the list so I'm guessing I need to combine a Lookup and CountIF. Got the CountIF working just struggling with the lookup.

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
What about a small set of dummy sample data and expected results so we can see the layout and exactly what sort of data we are dealing with?
My signature block below has help with a good way to do that.
