Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
You could do this with Conditional Formatting but in code
Code:
Sub atest()
Dim LR As Long, i As Long
LR = Range("C" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Row
For i = LR To 2 Step -1
With Range("C" & i)
If .Value = .Offset(-1).Value Then .Offset(-1).Resize(2).EntireRow.Interior.ColorIndex = 6
End With
Next i
End Sub
