I have always double clicked (preferred way) a cell to go into Edit mode. Just recently I have experienced an annoying issue. When I "Single" click on a cell, it automatically goes into edit mode. I want to revert back to "Double" Click. After researching, I cannot find out how to correct this. I would appreciate any help to rectify this issue. Thanks

Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.
Most of what I found was some VBA to allow single clicking to edit cells, but not to prevent it. It could be your mouse. I did find this in relation to mouse issues: Excel single-click is activating cells
Thanks for your response. I didn't think of it being my mouse, but that could be the problem. Just recently, I experienced this problem. thanks again,
