When I am re-sizing a shape using the format shape menu it comes up in inches. How can I get it to show in centimeters?

Excel Facts

Using Function Arguments with nested formulas
If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.
I'll send you my version of Excel, because my sizes are in cms but I would prefer inches!!!

Actually, I think it is a default setting somewhere, and if you are on a corporate build like I am, I believe it is a hidden property.
