Good evening,

We have a fairly complex Excel workbook with a large number of VBA macros. The workbook is used by 30 different users and all are experiencing a significant lag to macros following the latest Windows Updates. Previous the main macro ran in 3 - 4 seconds, but suddenly now its taking anywhere between 20 seconds and 60 seconds. A user may need to run this macro 100 times when working on a case (complex recalculations with changes to variables), so its almost become unusable.

Interestingly, we have put some time flags on the macro and we can see that the macro itself is still completing in a few seconds, but the screeen is taking a long time to update when the macro finishes. Screen updating is switched back on at the end of the macro.

I have tried all sorts of changes to the code but nothing seems to have any impact. I have been searching the web madly trying to find whats gone wrong and how we can correct it, but i cant find anything. Is anyone aware of anything that might help, specifically relating to the recent updates? Or is anyone else having the same issue? We cant be alone!!

Thank you in advance!
