Smoothing a graph and reading values

I have a graph a mortality rates which is a weighted average of crude mortality rates and rates from a standrd table. Is there an in built function in excel which can smoothen the curve using splines so that I can be able to read off values from the smoothened curve.

You may not want to use your eyes to interpret values.
