A colleague sent me a spreadsheet that contains a Time Stamp field and asked that I filter it by seconds. He wants the time sorted to show records where the seconds = :00. Any idea how I could accomplish this?

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
try this

Insert a column to the right of your time stamp

Say time is in column A use the formula

=SECOND(A1)=0

Then filter on this column for TRUE

or just
=SECOND(A1)

and filter for zero

In the SS it appears as "9:32:57". If you click on the cell it shows at the top as "3/26/2009 9:32:57 AM".
