Sort Top 3 in date order and copy to red cells

Excel Facts

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
thinking along the lines of this

'to find ealiest date

=Find_Range(small(E8:E13,1), Columns("E"), xlFormulas, xlWhole).EntireRow.Copy Range("B4")

'to find 2nd ealiest

=Find_Range(small(E8:E13,2), Columns("E"), xlFormulas, xlWhole).EntireRow.Copy Range("B5")

But can't seem to get it to work - its half hour to midnight (wheres the sleep button gone ? lol)
