Hi - I mostly use the sort function without issue. But I can't seem to find where I can sort the following in the order I want

High, Medium, Low - this does not follow A-Z or Z-A

Can anyone help please it must something simple that I am missing

Excel Facts

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
If you do this In a query , make sure there is no sort in front of your High, med, low column.
Like: sort ID, LEVEL

The level: hi,med,Lo will not sort correctly.

Thanks for your reply but it just sorts High,Low, Medium then High,Low, Medium and again as I have 3 Regions Reporting - All High in Region 1, All High in Region 2 etc

I think we'll need to see the query. Can you post it?
