Sorting Alphabetically

Hi Guys. Is there anyway to make it so that when I sort A-Z, Mc's will appear before Ma's?

Sort by date Sort by votes
If you wish to go to the trouble, you can Create a Custom List to sort by!
Tools>Options>Custom List Tab

Apart from Lenze's solution I think the only other way without manually manipulating the data would be via a VBA type solution - maybe...
