Hi Folks,

Having an issue sorting dates in the pivot table.

Source data has a date column and cell format for the dates is in the Date category. Date is shown as 30/11/2020 to denote 30th November 2020 or 28/08/2020 to denote 28th August 2020.

In the pivot table I have ungrouped the cells for the date and the date shows as above, however I cannot sort the 15 or so dates in order.
The date is in the Rows section of the pivot table and there are other fields in the rows section to - all preceding the date field.

However when I put the date field to the beginning of all the fields in the Rows section of the pivot table, I can sort the table by date.

But I don't want the date field at the beginning of the pivot table but towards the end, but basically it won't sort the dates in order then.

Any ideas?

TIA
