Thanks - but that doesn't do it under the conditions I have
In a blank sheet with direct values in the cells that works
But - I have references in my cells and I wonder if its sorting on them rather than the actual values
e.g. column W has Team Names -- X has Wins
Row 5 =S6 (value Tigers) =U6 (value 6)
Row 6 =S7 (value Reds ) =U7 (value
Row 7 =S11(value Blues) =U11(value 2)
