I have a list of "High", "Low", "Medium".. However, when I use Sort, it only goes like High, Low, Medium.. but I want it High, Medium, Low, rather than alphabetical.

Any way to do this?

Matt

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
Tools | Options | Custom Lists

Add list there in the order you want

Data | Sort | Options | Select your custom list
