Sound Objects Problems

Hi

I am trying to build a database of all the conversations i have recorded on skype using the embed object function.

When i embed a sound file object in a cell it keeps corrupting the file saying i cant save it and then i try to save it as a new document it comes up with an error message... It seems really unstable..

Is there any possible solution to this please??
