Spill Error - need help with Unique

I’m trying to get the unique value in G column if E is greater than 5000. When using the formula below I get a #Spill! error.

=UNIQUE(FILTER(G1:G100, E1:E100>5000))

Not sure why. Can I get some help.

If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.

Thanks for your help. Two cells below had two spaces in the cell. Could not see it, but after your help i found it by looking at each cell. I Appreciate your time.
