Hi There,

I have built a little data sorter and i was wondering if its at all possible to incorporate into this data sorter, the ability to then split the listed data into our "alpha splits" and have these listed on a new sheet within the same workbook.

The alpha splits are:

Person 1 looks after A - BEN
Person 2 looks after BEO - COOL

so on and so forth.

Not sure if this can work, but would simplify the process.

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.
Do you have a column of the data that says Person 1, Person 2 etc? If so, you could make a PivotTable of the data, with the layout you want, and put the person field in the Report Filter area, and then do the command to split, PivotTable Analyze/PivotTable/Options/Show Report Filter Pages ...
