Im Looking to add a stock check function into a basic stock management system i have created on excel (see below)

The order system at the bottom uses data validation with drop downs for all the variations of parts and then uses a macro on the green 'order' button which copies the data to a separate 'orders' tab. The data from that tab then populates the stock table using countifs.

My plan is to have the order system on its own tab and once the fields are populated using the drop down menus to select the variations it will then lookup the data from the stock table and display in the "in stock" and "on order" cells next the green order button.

Does anybody know if this in possible and how to do it?

Thanks in advance

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
