Stock Data Types - is it new that they are refreshing every five minutes?

Lately I've been navigating around some complex workbooks. I carry a number in my head and go to another worksheet to compare and then I occasionally notice the numbers have changed!

It's all down to Stock Data Types. They now seem to be refreshing every five minutes on the fives. Does anyone know when this refresh cycle became controllable?

Right click on the cell and select Data Type | Refresh Settings and you can control things in the pane. Like this:

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
