HI

I am trying to create a stock inventory spreadsheet which links incoming stock vs demand and current stock levels.
I need to find a way to populate the below by months which i am currently using different formulas for, but want to know if there is a quicker or easier way.
for example, the IN rows are pulled from another tab, but if i copy and paste the formula it misses a column so i have to reset it. ie. F3 = RM Analysis tab J3 but L3 needs to be K3 but jumps to J3.

or does anyone have another idea of how i can capture this data?

thank you

Excel Facts

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
I notice that you have the month as a date in row one, you can use this to index into the RM Analysis sheet using a formula like this.:
=INDEX('RM Analysis'!$J3:$U3,1,(MONTH(F1)-4))
I notice that you appear to have merged the cells in the first row, so I don't know whether the value is in F1 or G1. Adjust as necessary.
