stop random change

When dealing with randbetween etc, every time a new entry in a cell is made, the sheet will regenerate the random numbers. Is it possible to disable this and make it so that the sheet will only regenerate when F9 is hit?

Use Data, What-If Analysis, Goal Seek to find the correct input cell value to reach a desired result
on the menu try Tools->Options->Calculation and click in "manual" circle
